Short Veil!
After trying on several birdcage veils at my dress fitting last weekend, I realized that they just don't flow with my dress and the look I am going for. Which surprised me, to be honest, because they are so classic and vintage. But it just looked like I was *trying* too hard to be classic and vintage, and overall it seemed to compete a bit with simplistic elegance of the dress.
But I put on Short Veil again and......ah - perfect! I remembered why I picked that one in the first place. It is subtle, soft, elegant and goes perfectly with the vibe of my dress.
So now I can put my restless, ever-changing mind at ease and stick to the original plan with confidence :)
Any other brides out there have strong feelings about veils vs. birdcages?
